I believe the purpose of the educational system is to help students achieve their fullest potential. Schooling is a student-centered process that is guided by the teacher. I place an emphasis on individual student needs and differences. Also, equal opportunities are available to all students in my classroom. Furthermore, students are actively involved in their own learning process. My classroom promotes positive student interactions. I believe each student is a unique individual who needs an enriched atmosphere to grow emotionally, socially and intellectually. I am committed to helping each student reach their fullest potential.
